Basics
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PharmoTech website and any engagement with our healthcare IT services — including pharmacy websites, clinic appointment apps, hospital portals, diagnostic lab software, UI/UX design, branding, and digital marketing.
By accessing our website or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Delivery
Service deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in a proposal, quotation, statement of work (SOW), or written agreement. Anything not explicitly included is out of scope.
For example, a pharmacy website scope would list specific pages, integrations (e.g., payment gateway, WhatsApp ordering), and SEO deliverables. A clinic app scope would define booking flow, doctor profiles, and notification features.
Changes requested after approval may require a revised estimate, timeline, and cost.
Collaboration
To deliver healthcare IT products efficiently, clients agree to:
Billing
Payment terms are defined in the agreed proposal/SOW. Common models include milestone-based payments (e.g., pharmacy website: design approval, development complete, launch) or monthly retainers for ongoing healthcare marketing and support.
Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment the client receives rights to the final deliverables produced specifically for the project — such as the pharmacy website code, clinic app build, hospital portal design, or healthcare branding assets. Third-party assets (fonts, plugins, libraries) remain subject to their original licenses.
We may showcase non-confidential parts of the work in our portfolio (e.g., "Pharmacy Website + Healthcare SEO Revamp") unless prohibited by a written NDA.
Trust
We treat client information and project materials as confidential, with extra care for healthcare and patient data. If required, we can sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and follow HIPAA-aware practices.
For healthcare projects, we recommend that clients implement their own patient data handling policies, consent forms, and regulatory compliance appropriate to their specialty and jurisdiction.
Safety
You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with system security. We implement reasonable safeguards — including encryption, access controls, and audit logs — especially for healthcare systems, but no system is 100% secure.
After launch
Support terms vary by project. Some work includes a limited warranty period; ongoing maintenance for pharmacy websites, clinic apps, hospital portals, and diagnostic lab software is available through separate support plans.
Third-party platform changes (hosting, APIs, app stores, payment gateways) may require additional work and are not always covered unless included in a support plan.
Legal
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PharmoTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services — including but not limited to loss of pharmacy revenue, clinic bookings, or patient trust.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question, as allowed by law and contract.
Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes indicates acceptance.
